The DAA team just returned from Paris where we launched the second 'Fashion against AIDS' collection together with H&M and Dita Von Teese (one of the participating designers), who also premièred her new show there at Le New VIP Room. Creative director Javier Barcala and yours truly posed with Dita on the red carpet, enjoyed a marvellous fashion show presented by the even more marvellous André J -who had the audience eating out of his manicured hands- and countless glasses of Moët & Chandon champagne, watched celebs such as Lionel Richie and Green Day, spoke to the French press, watched Dita shake her beautiful tail feathers in an amazing cage and danced and talked until the sun came up again. Wow. If all FAA2 launch parties in the coming weeks (London, Madrid, New York City, Tokyo...) will be like this, I'd better double my vitamin intake from today!
