Traditional Turkish meal in IHAEC

Today, besides our usual tasks for the video project, we got another challenge: to cook dinner for everyone. So in the morning we visited the open market in Deurne and bought all we needed to make a delicious Turkish dish. Wanna know Begum's recipe? Take a zucchini, peel it, cut in half crosswise, boil in salty water for 5 minutes and after taking it out of the water, cut lengthwise and remove the zucchini 'flesh'. For the stuffing, take feta cheese and a little bit of milk, add red pepper and cream it. Then add parsley and mix. Fill the zucchinis with the cheese mix and put them in oven, 200°C, for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice and enjoy !
