This would be my last blog entry! I don't know how many I have already written, I stopped counting after ten. Every time I would write a new one I felt excitement and a creative drive. I did my best in finding stories that could be interesting for you guys and I hope you enjoyed every single one of them! Nevertheless, I promised to Ninette that today I would give you the recipe for the „Paprikaš" (for six persons) so dare and make it yourself, by following these instructions:

2 kg chicken meat
olive oil
5-6 large onions

1 kg tomatoes
spices: black pepper and paprika
2 paprikas
2 glasses of red wine
3 medium size carrots
1 kg mushrooms
1 ginger root

soy sauce

How to make it:
Cut the carrots on the bias and place them together with the sliced onions in the frying pan. Cook them, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, for about 15 minutes and use slightly more oil than usual. Add wine and significantly reduce the fire. In the meantime cut the mushrooms, paprikas and half of the amount of the tomatoes and put them in the pan. Put the previously sliced meat, mixed with mustard, in the pot. Cover it with the lid and keep stirring occasionally. Chop the ginger root and put it in the pot; stir it properly. When most of the liquid has evaporated, add the rest of the sliced tomatoes.
Leave the pan on the fire and occasionally stir the contents. The dish is ready when it becomes thick. In the end, add two spoons of soy sauce, spices: black pepper and paprika, salt and mustard. You can serve it with bread, rice, pasta or whatever else pleases you.
I'm not good at goodbyes so I decided to do it this way, a very original way if I might add so myself. So dear readers, eat good food and have safe sex, that's my request! DAA people Ninette, Jean Yves, Ayke, Matteo: love you!
